Public relations, despite the rumours, is not about spin and hype. At PR Worx, we consider public relations a crucial business tool that works to tell the right people about your company’s products and services or ideas, your philosophy and your motivations, in the right way. Sometimes, PR involves writing and disseminating a media release to targeted media, sometimes it involves speaking directly to the consumer via social networking platforms – either way, PR is all about communicating. And that’s what we do best.
At the 2013 PRISA PRISM Awards, PR Worx was honoured with five awards. These included a gold award for 'Community Relations' for our corporate social investment division, DeskBags, as well as top honours in the 'Media Relations' category for Anglo American's Good News Publicity Strategy; as well as in 'Crisis Management' for The Fish & Chip Co. ’s Dinner Time at Nkandla Campaign. In addition, PR Worx also won a silver award for 'PR on a Shoestring Budget' for 1time Airline and a bronze award for 'Corporate Responsibility' for DeskBags (see our media centre for the full release).
Furthermore, through an independent survey, PR Worx was recently voted as both South Africa and the City of Johannesburg's Best Public Relations Company. In addition, the same survey revealed that our MD, Madelain Roscher, was voted as the Most Admired Individual in the Public Relations Industry. PR Worx also recently won the IABC African Gold Quill Award in the Media Relations Category. Our successes clearly speak for themselves.
As an innovative, creative and determined firm, we strive to ensure that every communication, for every client, big or small, benefits from the experience of a team of professionals that are experts in their chosen fields. Assuring you of PR that Worx.
